issit my expectation is too high?

just now i called him
what he said make me felt neglected?
izit tat too mature also not good?


when i told him i was sick
he just said "oh"
when i told him i was working
he just say my job is too easy and wanted me to do a harder job
when i told him i want to take my time slowly
when i say i wan to habit 1st
he say i always take my time slowly 
if not i will slowly mature and grow
even want to do things must challenge the hard one first

i felt i am under alot of pressure after he say these things
when i told him my feelings
he changed the topic and told me about his job
he told me about his job and compared with my
asked me which one has more pressure?
